rootra

For people who want to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves and others.

Rootra brings together mindful movement, reflection, and a gentle sense of community for those wanting a more grounded pace and meaningful connection.

Whether you’re drawn to yoga, craving a reset, or simply seeking a deeper sense of connection in our busy city, Rootra welcomes you just as you are - with no pressure to fix, perform, or share more than feels right.

Reflect. Move. Connect.

The storefront of Pretty Earth, a flower shop, displays various bouquets in white vases outside. A black chalkboard sign advertises open hours and coffee for £3. The shop has a large glass window and a sign with the business name in neon cursive.

Find us at Pretty Earth

We’ve teamed up with Pretty Earth, one of Hackney’s most loved neighbourhood cafés, to create a space where good coffee and genuine calm can sit side by side.

Pretty Earth is a place where people come to unwind, surrounded by plants, warm light, and the quiet comfort of a community spot that genuinely cares. Rootra is here to add to that feeling gently.

Rootra blends grounding yoga practices and self-reflection within a like-minded community, all delivered in a warm, inclusive, and down-to-earth way.

Nothing intense, nothing intimidating - just a supportive space for real people looking for a deeper connection to their mind, body and others.
